Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 October 2026
This policy explains how Quantorio ("we", "us") handles personal data when you visit this website or contact us through it, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who we are
The data controller is Quantorio, Avanton 56, 341 00 Chalkida, Greece (VAT No. 802740442, G.E.MI. No. 181897803000). For any question about this policy or your data, contact us at info@quantorio.com.
2. What data we collect and why
Contact form
When you send us a message, we receive your name, your email address, the subject and the message you write. We use this information only to reply to you and to handle your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR).
Form submissions are delivered to us through Formspree, a third-party form service based in the United States, which processes the data on our behalf.
Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting server automatically records technical data when pages are requested, such as IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type. This is used to operate and secure the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is kept only for as long as needed for that purpose.
3. Third-party content
Some parts of this website are loaded from external providers. When your browser loads them, your IP address and basic technical data are sent to those providers:
- Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd.) shows our office location. Google may set cookies when you interact with the map. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.) provides some of the fonts used on this website.
4. Cookies
We do not set cookies for analytics or advertising. Third-party content such as the embedded map may set its own cookies, as described by its provider.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep messages received through the contact form for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up communication, and delete them when they are no longer needed, unless we are legally required to keep them longer.
6. Transfers outside the EU
Some of the providers above may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Such transfers rely on the safeguards provided under the GDPR, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable to each provider.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@quantorio.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
